I quit 17 years ago. I can tell you that it's not easy BUT so worth it. I miss it to this day BUT I don't crave it.
ReplyDeleteRemember your reasons you want to quit when you find yourself reaching for a cigarette...
Stay strong!

I quit smoking on 07-07-07 and it took me nearly a year to stop reaching for a cigarette at various times of the day. I remember being shocked how long it took to get over it - I just didn't give in. I wish you strength and courage :)
